The Warhawk track and field teams opened the season with a beautiful 60-degree first practice! With the return of cold and snow, the team has embraced the indoor season and put together a strong first week of practices in the fieldhouse.
Girls Track and Field:
On Thursday, March 19th, the JV girls hosted the GTown Girls Indoor Quad. No team scores were taken, but it was a great start for both returners and newcomers!

On Saturday, March 21st, the Varsity girls traveled to UW-Whitewater to kick off the indoor season at the Nelson/Daniels Classic. The girls placed 4th out of 23 teams.

The Varsity boys traveled to Brookfield East for the GMC Indoor Championships on Wednesday, 3/25. This meet proved to be a great opportunity for early season competition. Many athletes were able to improve their marks from the previous meet! Aiden Dykstra won the high jump event by setting a new GMC indoor conference meet record of 6’8”.
